Welcome to Living Water Coffee Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services (“Services”) offered through www.livingwatercoffee.co. Living Water Coffee Co. is a faith-based coffee company that offers coffee products fulfilled by our third-party partner, Roastify. All coffee is made-to-order and shipped directly to customers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase products from our store. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products & Pricing

All product prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without liability.

We strive for accuracy, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability may occur. If we discover an error after you’ve placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel or proceed at the corrected price.

4. Order Processing

All orders are processed through Roastify and fulfilled on-demand. Orders are typically roasted and shipped within 3–5 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Living Water Coffee Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because our coffee is perishable and custom-roasted, all sales are final. However, if your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order. Please review our Return Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, branding, images, and product names—is the intellectual property of Living Water Coffee Co. or its content suppliers and may not be used without written permission.

8. Use of Website

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including:

  • Hacking or attempting to breach security

  • Distributing malware or malicious code

  • Impersonating others or submitting false information

  • Violating the intellectual property rights of others
