At Living Water Coffee Co., we are committed to delivering freshly roasted, Scripture-inspired coffee directly to your doorstep in a timely and reliable manner. Below is our official shipping policy.


🚚 Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • All orders are roasted to order and fulfilled by our trusted partner, Roastify.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Once roasted and packaged, orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other standard carriers.


🇺🇸 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.


⏱ Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping Method Estimated Timeframe
Standard Shipping 3–7 business days (after fulfillment)
Expedited Shipping* 2–3 business days (after fulfillment)

*Expedited shipping is available at checkout on select orders.


💲 Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery address.

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 (before taxes and discounts).


📦 Tracking Information

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking to update after fulfillment.


❗ Delayed or Lost Shipments

While most orders arrive on time, delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your order seems delayed or has not arrived:

  1. Check your tracking link for updates.

  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

  3. If still unresolved, reach out to us at 📧 support@livingwatercoffee.co.

We will assist you in locating your order and replacing it if confirmed lost.


🛑 Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Living Water Coffee Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
