At Living Water Coffee Co., your satisfaction is our top priority. We are honored to provide fresh, Scripture-inspired coffee delivered to your door. Because our products are made to order and fulfilled by Roastify, we follow a specific return and refund process.


📦 All Sales Are Final (with a few exceptions)

Due to the nature of fresh, perishable products like roasted coffee, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will make it right.


✅ Acceptable Refund or Replacement Reasons

We will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged (photo proof required).

  • You received the wrong product (e.g., wrong blend or grind type).

  • Your item is defective in any way.


📸 How to Request a Refund or Replacement

If you believe there is an issue with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the product and packaging (if damaged or incorrect)


🚚 Lost or Delayed Orders

Shipping is handled by third-party carriers. If your order appears to be lost in transit or severely delayed:

  • Contact us and we will open an investigation with the shipper.

  • If the item is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


❌ Not Eligible for Refunds

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or taste preferences

  • Incorrect shipping address entered by customer

  • Orders reported after the 7-day window
